Saint Paul, Minn. (Jan. 3, 2017) – Elizabeth C. Allen and Pamela McClanahan join Twin Cities PBS’s (TPT) Minnesota Productions and Partnerships (MNPP) department as the managing director and director of partnership development, respectively.
Elizabeth C. Allen comes to TPT with over a decade of experience working with government, education, and non-profit partners. Allen is passionate about connecting the values of the partner to TPT’s exceptional work to educate and improve our community initiatives. Most recently, Elizabeth worked with government entities to build best-in-class transparency initiatives to enrich the lives of their citizens. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Pamela McClanahan joined the TPT team in November and brings thirty years of experience in content and partnership development, most recently as director of content strategy at the Minnesota Historical Society (MNHS) and publisher of the MNHS Press. She is a graduate of Winona State University and has held board positions at the Association of American University Presses (AAUP) and the Fitzgerald Writing Academy. Pam is excited to continue her lifelong work sharing Minnesota’s stories, now through the power of public media.

Over the last 13 years, MNPP has worked with more than 250 nonprofit partners and completed nearly 900 television programs. Their award-winning programming focuses on the important issues facing communities statewide, including education, arts and culture, health and wellness, equity issues, and veterans initiatives. In 2017 and beyond, MNPP will continue to produce rich content that meets the needs of Minnesota’s cultural communities.
